We have the James McConnell Aviation Museum right on the airport at BQ1 - a short walk down the taxiway from our hangar. Honoring a local hero who flew and fought for the French in WW1.

Gilliam McConnell Airport features The Pik n Pig - renowned in the Carolinas as a popular fly-in destination for BBQ lunch.
